Jets Pizza - Clarksville

First, the GF pizza is unreal! What a change to give the those that can’t eat regular pizza a VERY close 2nd place! The management is fantastic, as we know accidents happen and it’s all about how they are addressed to meet the customer expectation. Last night, we ordered pizza for two, one regulars and one GF pizza. Instead of the the GF pizza we accidentally got a cauliflower pizza. I called the the restaurant and the manager got on right away, apologized and asked if I could come back and he would have a new warm GF pizza ready and waiting. About 10 mins later I was there and to his commitment the GF pizza was ready. It was a fantastic pizza!

We ordered a pizza online. The tracker showed it as ready about 30 minutes later. It took us an additional 10 minutes to drive over. When we got to the store to pickup, there was a line of people waiting. We were then told it would be an additional 20+ minutes to get our pizza. According to the guy working, he was the only one on the pizza line and had 15 or more orders piled up. The cash register was left unmanned yet several employees walked past without acknowledging us standing at the counter. We counted 5 employees total. We even tried calling but the phone immediately gets put on hold. We were really looking forward to the pizza but at this point it's not even worth waiting. Jet's either needs to hire more people or not allow online orders. The employees that are currently working here are not helpful. The guy didn't even want to give us a refund because the pizzas were already in the oven. We will not be coming back.

Pizza is on the spot has flavor, the cheese is so stringy and good I had got a pepperoni pizza and delivery guy was super nice had to give a tip

Ordered two boats and two wings about an hour before you closed last night. Did was amazing!!! Thank you for the great food even with it being close to closing time! Definitely ordering again, but earlier ?

So walked in to order a pizza and i was amazed on how quick i was greeted and even more amazed on an employee on her hands and knees with what look to be a grill brush scrubing the lines between the tiles place looked good
