Hardee's - Clarksville

Burger,French fries, tenders were all COLD. I paid for a warm burger,French fries ?, and tenders. Got a big bag of disappointment.

The only thing I will say is they need to be cleaner and put the meals together better. I ordered a #1 meal and quite honestly a monkey could have done a better job. My burger was sloppy and wet. I will not be going to that location again.

Hardee's was great when I was a kid, but now it's disappointing. The food was cold, and I mean really cold. The Sprite didn't taste like Sprite at all, and the tea tasted spoiled, almost like it had been rinsed in used dishwater. I really wish they would bring back Burger King to Clarksville, or at least have something like KFC next to Hardee's and McDonald's.

I had the mushroom and Swiss burger for lunch, and in my opinion, it's the best burger they offer.

The service was exceptionally poor; the woman who took our order completely forgot about us, and we ended up waiting a long time for just one chicken biscuit. When I inquired about it, they had no record of my order. The food wasn't ready, and I had to wait again while staff members stood around chatting. As for the food itself, it was not appealing at all. I didn't eat it because it looked unappetizing, but my boyfriend did, and he ended up with indigestion. Hardee's is known for its delicious burgers and sandwiches, but this experience fell far short of that standard.
