Dunkin' - Clarksville

Just ordered the butter pecan latte and ordered this item many many times before so I know this is not how it’s supposed to taste, it literally taste like you dumped the entire syrup bottle into this coffee so whoever made this order #4886 at 1:36pm do better

There must be a new drink maker that doesn’t listen to instructions. If you add two extra shots of espresso the drink should be a medium brown color. Each time I’ve gone to this Dunkin, they make my drink wrong, and often overcharge me too. I don’t recommend this Dunkin.

Very busy place. It's best to order in the app beforehand and pick up, or make an order on the kiosk right as you walk in. My hubby and I are old-fashioned and ordered right at the counter with the cashier. I don't recommend that-we waited for a while. But the food is always yummy!

Some of the workers are rude as hell, when it comes to Doordash orders. First, they were out of almost everything. Then this one chick told me, what coffee flavors they had available. I called the customer, turned back around to ask the employee again about the flavors and she said I JUST TOLD YOU. 2nd time I came in, they were still out of almost everything. I called the customer, and she wanted the order canceled. I told the employee, who rolled her eyes and walked away. Straight up ghetto. If you don't like your job, find something more fitting.

It's been a while since I've been into a Dunkin' donuts and I gotta say that the coffee was really good
