Dickey's Barbecue Pit - Clarksville

Ordered online yesterday for curbside at 3:08. Get a call half an hour later that they don't have the cups I ordered, I agreed to a substitute. Nearing 4pm I have to call them because they havent updated my online order trackers, they say they can't do curbside due to staffing, when I go in, its literally empty and there's three employees with nothing going on. After getting my food it was dry and they hadn't given me onions on my sandwiches either. Really not worth it even with a coupon or specials

Very friendly staff. They were quick and fast. The brisket was amazing and tender. The baked potato casserole was awesome...

Ribs where descent, Mac Cheese was waterd down and had no cheese flavor, the spicy barbecue sauce tasted way to sweet and wasn't really spicy, what they called a roll was bite size, okra was good, restaurant was clean. Overall will never go back.

AMAZING! We got fathers day dinner here and it tasted like heaven on earth! They have really nice staff and they wipe down their tables in between visits. The only problem tho is the floors and walls. They are not clean. Theirs loose dirt all over them. Y’all need to be smart about that stuff. Other then that it’s good!

Will say their card machine didn't process your payment and run your card again. Then tell you it still didn't process. When you finally pay with cash. It will have taken it out and they offer to put it back on your card even when you ask to just give you the cash back since their card machine doesn't work. Well it doesn't work and they quit responding to you. This has been going on for 3 weeks and it's still not been fixed.
