Thank you to the team at the 1626 Madison St location in Clarksville, TN. You are all wonderful and always lift our spirits when we need it!
I stopped by on Friday after having mouth surgery and ordered a cup of ice cream, a bag of ice, and mac and cheese. The red-headed employee at the drive-thru was incredibly rude. I looked over my order and asked if it could be filled properly, and she snapped back that my order was standard and if I wanted more, I should just get back in line to order it. She then told the other employee that we had our order and to keep moving. I still can't understand what was so funny about the situation. My ice cream cup wasn't full and looked like someone had taken a bite out of it, and the mac and cheese was disappointing—almost like it was leftover from someone else's meal. I wish I could share pictures to show what I mean! It's frustrating to see businesses still not getting it; relying solely on young employees might seem like a good idea for the future, but not when service suffers. This might have been excusable during the pandemic, but it’s unacceptable now! Companies and their employees need to remember that it’s the customers who bring in the revenue. Price isn’t an issue for me if I want something, but the price feels too high for rude service. Whatever happened to the values of good business?
I had a terrible experience today. The person at the drive-thru clearly wasn't in a good mood. I tried to make small talk and ask how his day was going, but I received a negative response. After we pulled away, I was relieved to check our order because there was no dressing for the salad or ketchup. It wasn't a huge deal—mistakes happen—so we drove back around. When we got to the window, the girl just stared at me. I explained that we needed dressing and ketchup. She turned to grab them and handed them to me without any smile or words. I said thank you, but she turned away, ignoring me completely. I called out another thank you, and she turned back, looking annoyed, and said, "Have a great day," in a sarcastic tone. Every employee seemed rude and looked completely miserable. It was clear something was off today, but we’ve decided to go to a different location from now on.
The Dining Room hostess Bette was such a big help to me today. I had an issue with my food and she was so very kind to exchange it for me and make sure I was satisfied with my meal! Now that is excellent customer service book y?all ! Thank you so much Mrs.Bette.
Delicious as always! I found the bun to be a bit crumbly this time. We always order the deluxe sandwich, and it didn't let us down. We will definitely be dining there again!
