Buffalo Wild Wings - Clarksville

Went there at 3 in the afternoon, there was 4 of us. First off there was not a clean table in the house, was told we could sit anywhere, but had to run down someone to clean a table the place was mostly empty. Server came took drink order, got our drinks pretty timely, did notice one of the servers constantly at the bar taking shots in between waiting tables. Our waitress finally came back to take food order when we ran her down to bring more drinks. After waiting 45 mins. for food had to get up find someone to see where it was, was told the kitchen was just getting started on it(there was fewer than 15 people in the whole place).Waitress was still doing shots at the bar, 45 minutes later our food came out but was all mixed up missing half of what we ordered, tables that were dirty when we came in still had not been cleared cleaned. Spent an hour a half for 2 drinks each to go orders that were totally wrong in a dirty establishment.

Recent doordash order!!! 2 live Flies inside the packaging. Most disgusting thing ever. I can only imagine what the kitchen must look like.

This is the 2nd time that I have visited this establishment. During my first visit, I didn't have much to complain about food quality, however it took nearly 90 minutes for us to receive all of our food. Some individuals at our table received their food in like 15-20 minutes and the rest waited almost an hour. It made no sense. My 2nd visit, the same thing occurred. Everyone at the table ordered wings, one person received them within about 20 minutes and everyone else waited nearly an hour for their wings. It made absolutely no sense. I also found my wings to not taste fantastic either. Regarding the sanitary condition of the environment, the restroom was disgusting, there was water all over the place and multiple paper towels scattered across the restroom. Lastly, while I understand the nature of this venue, we visited on a Sunday afternoon (2 PM or so), which just happened to be the time of a major soccer game. The place was packed and the spectators screamed incredibly loudly every time a goal was made. Their screams startled my party, waiters, and other patrons multiple times. I wish alternative seating arrangements could be made available or be made more obvious. Not a great experience.

There’s not a time where this establishment is behind or backed up with orders for carry out! If I had a doller for every time I waited over 15-20 minutes for a DoorDash order, I’d be a millionaire! They never answer the phone, some of the employees take their position as a daycare, CLOSE THE ENTIRE LOCATION DOWN!
