Buffalo Wild Wings - Clarksville

This is the 1st place my wife and I went to after 11 years of not going to dinner by ourselves. The waitress was good, they made sure we had fresh hot food. They brought everything we ordered just as we ordered it. No complaints, we have visited here several times.

It was an accommodating experience, we had a large group and they did a good job at taking care of us. Their Dirty Dubs Tots were really good!

My order took forever to be brought out. My husband was able to finish his food before I got mine. I told him to eat and not wait for me. Then halfway through I noticed that I didn't get all 10 of my wings. Anyway our server Mesa did what she could to make it right and we appreciate her

I haven't the been in the restaurant in a while as I usually order curbside. Now I know why. It took almost an hour for the appetizers to even arrive. Some of our food showed up about 10 minutes later, it took an additional 30 minutes before the final parts arrived at the table. An hour and a half for our meal. The restaurant was less than half full. Our waitress was wonderful and continuously checked in and apologized for the wait. When the food arrived, it was hot. So I know the issue was not with the waitress. Your kitchen failed miserably.

I ordered twice from BWW Clarksville, once online and at the To-Go counter last night. Both times I received my order piping hot and just as ordered, which is great. The cheese curds are really good, especially with the house sauce. Our boneless wings were always delicious and have larger pieces than some of the local pizza facilities. They gave me a waiting period of 30 minutes, but our order was ready in about 15. The restaurant was packed, so I think it up and beyond. Despite the crowd of people there it was not overwhelmingly loud in the restaurant. It was a pleasant atmosphere. I really enjoy the Blazing Carolina Reaper sauce. I'll be back.
