Miss Molly’s Diner - Clarkston

Miss Molly's Diner is a small restaurant in front of Sashabaw Road. The room they occupy has a trail of one year to be empty after someone rented it, but someone has managed to stay for a few years. Your food is very good. The sweet potatoes, shown below, were perfectly sweet and crispy. Also shown below is their BBQ burger, with, I think, a large onion ring, grill sauce, cheese, bacon, salad, tomatoes, and of course the beef Patty, with one side of frits. From what I remember, I think the burgers were boiled to order, and I ordered it medium rarely. And I did. The burger was juicy and tasteful, the bacon was perfectly crispy, and the grill sauce dripping on my plate. They also offer designs for beer and other alcoholic beverages, but I think this is only after a certain time. Of course, my experience was very pleasant. They had classic rock game in the background, and their setup was very clean. If you're looking for a good meal, look at Miss Molly's Diner.

Bottom Line: Nice place to come by when you're in the area. Good food and nice people, but service is a little slow. Extended: I saw that the place was quite dark and empty. The lady – maybe oral? – who welcomed us was nice and she was also our server. My biggest grip is a man who went to us in a few minutes and finally got his food before us, although we didn't take long. They also got a phone order after we had ordered and the people who were on the phone who turned out to be a group of three got their food before we did. When we got our food, it was about 7 minutes, so not at once. The last plate was a grilled cheese, which was about two minutes after everything else. With all that has said, the man who came in seemed to be regular and was alone, so I can imagine that it was fast and easy. I also understand the need to go for speed for a phone order. Overall, this place was beautiful and I could not justify a lower or higher rating. This is a good place for this area.

For a fish dinner for my brother and fried shrimp dinner for me. My brother was very happy with his fish, said it was the best he had in a long time. Unfortunately they no longer have shrimps on the menu, so I went with a chicken salad. When I came home, there was no salad dress and therefore only 4 stars.

Great food, freshly prepared. Beautiful hole in the wall square with beautiful atmosphere. Large portions and cheap. Molly is very friendly and also catering for all kinds of events. Has a nice Tiki bar in warm weather. Beautiful cozy place in the middle of nowhere
