Bidrage med feedbackThe restaurant does not double-check orders before giving them to customers. Customers often receive only half of the food they paid for. It should not be the responsibility of the customer to inspect their order and make sure everything is included. The restaurant should find more creative ways to cut costs instead of shortchanging their customers.
The McDonald's near me is the worst. I would rather drive the extra mile and spend more on gas to go to a different location. I couldn't find anything good to eat there. The salad on the sandwiches was brown and when I ordered the 2 cheeseburger combo, they gave me 1 cheeseburger and 1 hamburger. The staff were rude and repeated everything they said, but still got my order wrong.
I ordered a meal and a unsweetened iced tea, but what I received was sweet tea and limp fries with a slightly undercooked interior. I was very disappointed.
Every time they forget the sauces. when they remember that they are put into bed like 1 sauce. how do they eat nuggets with only 1 hot savory sauce.
Had to go thru the line 2x. It was the 1st item I ordered and they made big deal about. Then get there and they left it off the order. Told me I couldn't order at this window. So I went thru again, told them what happened and they didn't even say sorry. Nothing. Had to wait with the food getting cold for 2x as long as the 1st time in line. Terrible service!!! They don't care about the customer what so ever.
