Family Cafe - Clarkston

I ordered wings for take out. when I bit into one, it was **** raw. I took them back was asked what I had done to them. I told him nothing. I stated I don't know how to make cooked food raw inside. He refused to replace them asked me to leave. I want to add, I have eaten here for years but the new owners have a lot to learn about good food service.

Dont go here.. The food is awful.. The last management was great.. I ordered two ten pieces with fries.. They put it all in one box.. Box was open in the bag.. First off i ordered two meals.. I asked for my money back

I am definitely disappointed and a bit sad. The new management destroyed a legacy, with the new wing product. The wing's were not up to the old standard that family cafe once upheld for 20 years. I used to eat here all the time on numerous occassions and have had the best wings ever. Today however I was let down in a major way, the fries came out cold and the wings were undercooked and the flavor was atrocious. BRING BACK THE OLD MANAGEMENT/ OWNERS OR THE FAMILY CAFE WILL GO OUT OF BUSINESS VERY QUICKLY!!!!!!

This restaurant was disappointing. They were out of most of the main dishes. The staff's English was very poor, making communication difficult. When I asked if something was available, he would say yes, but once I started to order, he would say it was unavailable. I would recommend avoiding this place!

The staff is incredibly friendly, and you can enjoy excellent coffee along with a variety of other offerings.
