Hilton Garden Inn Clarksburg

Great location. the hotel is in a great condition! it is clean and comfortable. the employees of the reception are professional, friendly and very welcoming! they respond quickly to request with a smile. great price great place to stay I will be back!

Can not recommend. Room rate was wrong. No respect for Hilton honors member. Breakfast is preorder (odd) but wasn’t ready when you are asked to preselect time. WiFi took forever to connect, could only connect one device. Just over all bad experience, will not be back.

Everything was great except for one employee. First night when I arrived she confessed that it was the first night she was working by herselr and she sent me upstairs with a non functioning key. I came right back down and i ad to shout so she could hear me to take her head phones out. The 3 night she was working again. I arrived pretty late and she was smoking Marijuana outside. She asked me if i needed anything from the front desk and stayed outside smoking with a friend.

The entire fifth floor stinks like an ashtray. Our reservation for 2 rooms with 2 queen size beds somehow ended up as 1 room with 1 king size bed. Customer service is totally useless. If I could give 0 stars I would.

One of the better hotels I have stayed in the past 4 years. Very good amenities. The people very friendly and courteous.
