I stopped there the for lunch . I waited in the drive-through for a good five minutes. None of the employees answered me, so I go around and park I go inside to order my lunch. The two girls that were working was sitting in the lobby with no headsets on talking on their phones I went to the counter to order my lunch the one was cussing, and they wanted to argue who was going to take my order. behind the counter, was messy the candy station had stuff all over it. The floors in front of the candy station was black and had candy all over it and what looked to be like dried up ice cream I asked if there was a manager working because I had sat in the drive-through for a good five minutes. The one girl that was taking my order was actually the manager there and got a really bad attitude with me and yelled at her employee to get a headset on now. I understand that everybody has a bad day but I'm only on a limited half hour lunch break that's to get my lunch eat it and be clocked back into work. I felt that it was very unprofessional. I ordered a chicken basket they gave me cold gravy no bread and the chicken tenders that they put in my basket. You could tell just looking at them that they had been sitting there for quite a while. They were hard and very cold. I ended up not even eating lunch. I understand that fast food can be chaotic and that customers complaint a lot. I understand this because I myself working fast food, but the experience there was just terrible. I would not recommend anybody going. There was very professional the girl they have managing that place makes Dairy Queen look very bad. I will never waste my money to eat there again
Ice cream was melted when they handed it to me, didn’t turn it upside down for it would’ve spilled on the floor. Ordered their pretzel sticks and they didn’t give me the queso that comes with them, and I ordered fries and they were chips, no softness to them whatsoever.
They get 1 star cause you can't give negative ratings here!We should have just gotten ice cream! Customer Service started at 4 and drop rapidly to a -5 DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! If you (the owner) want details you will need to contact me. However I will be contacting corporate to ask them to review this store, because I would not let this represent DQ like this and this community would more jobs. Get better employees or close!
Ordered thru the drive thru and staff was not very happy. I didn't get my extra gravy or toast.and I paid for the extra gravy.
