The Copper Pot - Clarkesville

I have never experienced such a curt and nasty attitude by our server . The lack of attention to our party of 8 , 3 grandkids, we waited 20 minutes to get our order placed in a restaurant that wasn’t busy. We waited another 45 minutes on our food and our server didn’t keep us informed on the long wait with small hungry kids at the table, without me asking… when finished and the check was brought, now 2 hours in she’s nowhere to be found after waiting another 10 minutes… we got up and headed to the door to find another cashier….she then confronted me with a nasty attitude… never seen anything like this, where the customer doesn’t come first….. guess I am just old school…

I'm a pizza snob and I have to say the pizza was outstanding. My wife said her alpine burger was awesome. The service was great and fast. Our server Kasey was awesome.

The food was great and our waiter was on top of it. We sat at the bar and the tall guy was amazing. The only complaint I have is that when we first walked in we were told "a little rudely "we would have to wait for an hour since we didn 't have a reservation(wasn 't that busy). This was our first time here and we didn 't know we needed a reservation. We wanted to try something new after church. It wasn 't until we asked if we could sit at the empty bar that we were seated.

The whole staff was great and the food was great. However that strawberry salad was amazing. I will definitely be back.

Seats are very uncomfortable, our waitress was nice and the food was just ok.
