Clean, organized, amazing selection. Hard to find organic produce. Love the bulk section.
Great hot bar food, and exceptional smoothies. I was not sure what to get but the service was very good and they helped me make a decision in regards to the smoothies that were perfect for my partner and myself.
I like the concept of the store, the shopping experience is mixed. They still have the best selection of produce, dairy products, cheeses, nice meats and fish (very expensive), and an interesting variety of homeopathic/health products. However, I only shop here for specialty items. Most of the prepared salad I 've gotten from the salad bar have been terrible. My other issue is that many of the workers here seem to have had little or no training, and some are just plain lazy. Today, while attempting to check out, the checkout person was flummoxed by an item I was attempting to purchase: a bunch of red bananas. What are these? , she asked me. Bananas , I said. I 've never seen red bananas before , she replied. She tried to find them on her list of produce items, but no dice. So, instead of just ringing them up as regular bananas, she called over the manager. The manager was clueless as well, and asked me, Are they organic? I don 't know, they were on the table with all the other bananas , I said. It became a ten-minute ordeal. With the line of other customers growing behind me, I became embarassed and impatient. The manager finally pronounced them non-organic , and made up a price. As per my previous review, this Whole Foods continues to suffer from a disparity between their steak house pricing and McDonald 's-level customer service.
Two stars because the produce is usually good last week FROZEN 6 pack of Cod was bad I mean disgustingly bad I had to throw them all out someone clearly didn't keep it frozen on its travel to WF or how it was kept at WF. But that was the first tome so nothing big on complaining things happen. today's issue which is why I'm writing a review is my cashier on check out couldn't have racially profiled me anymore! He would not speak he did not give me my total he took his time to show me he didn't care about me and purposely looked out the window not to look at me or talk to me I tried to make a joke to see if I was correct and I was his whole face is annoyed with my type I know this cause I stayed to watch him with others his interaction with those similar to him was warm smiling and friendly! I'm not okay with this and I will not stay quiet
