Walkers Clarendon Hills

We really wanted to love this restaurant because we liked to support locals, but we were very disappointed. The burgers were frozen and cooked. The salmon speciality was drowned in sauce. The two people who had Strak liked theirs so that it was good. Service very slow... we had 2 young children and they can only sit for so long. The food did not all come out at the same time, so some of us had our ducks and the others did not. Maybe the restaurant still has pain... hopefully it will improve.

Went in for Mothers day at dinner time. The resturant was wildly understaffed. There was only one waiter on shift. Because of this he spent most of his time running drinks to a very loud, large party. Our three top was just lost in the mix of the resturant staff. We couldn't order drinks in a timely fashion. One of the meals was overcooked and had to be sent back. When the food was cooked correctly it was quite good. The drinks were all good. At the end of the day, I don't see myself going back, there are plenty of other resturants like this out there.

Service was awful , hostess was bringing drinks out to wrong tables , server was writing orders down on legal pad not taking in consideration who was sat 1st or in any order we waited 40- min at table for server to even ask if we wanted a drink. Very sad because ambiance is beautiful inside

I’m sorry to say we had a bad experience. The server was extremely nice, but she was overwhelmed with too many tables. Long wait times, mistaken orders, missed plates and so on. Other tables around us were missing items too and trying to get the servers attention. When the food arrived, my burger was cold and my husband’s filet mignon was undercooked and over sauced. I wish them luck and hope that training and management improve, but we will not be going back.

Elote (corn) app wasn't warm. Sent back asking to heat up and add spice heat to it. Came back hot but still very bland. Stuffed dates were good, however could not taste the goat cheese filling at all. Salmon entree was served warm, not hot. We definitely had issues from the meal. Walkers is on probation probably won't be back.
