Milan Pizzaria - Clarence-Rockland

New owners and we were sad to see the old going to do health reasons. Anyway, eating is great, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. the cook has forgotten some ingredients in the order, but will be the next time for him.

The pizza was good. Not really hot though and it took them quite a while to deliver, especially considering they are only 7 minutes away from me. Over all pretty good.

We were visiting friends who are new to the area for the last 6 months. They've ordered from here enough to know that delivery would be slow. We were expecting that. But after 1hr and 10 min we still didn't have our order. We called, turns out they had recorded the street name and phone number wrong. Tried to blame her for this but she knows her street name. We received the order 10 min later and the delivery person didn't have a machine to pay, or a pen. So we had to write down the credit card info. Pizza was cold, and they sent the wrong salad. One of us is vegetarian, so we ordered a garden salad and got a salad with chicken, bacon and ham on it. I called because at this point a lot of mistakes have been made and I didn't feel $50 for a cold pizza and salad one of us couldn't eat was ok. Whoever I got on the phone was argumentative. Ended up saying they wouldn't put the credit card through (although time will tell). Giving it a 2 star as the food was ok. But terrible service.

Pizza had no taste, staff not very friendly. Was suppose to get a 2 liter bottle of pop but they didn't have any. We were told we could take 2 cans of pop in place of the 2 liter bottle. Like hello...2 cans of pop does not amount to 2 liters of pop, should've been more like 4 cans of pop. Anyways, live and learn, won't be going back there again!!

Ordered pizza tonight for the kids at 525pm get a call from Milan's at 548pm saying they don't deliver this far but I asked why they've delivered here many times before. She said we are short drivers can you pick it up? I have no car howni no pizza either! Not impressed neither are my 3yr old and 4 year old. Won't be calling them again!
