Mcdonald's - Claremore

This McDonald's is fantastic! There’s an employee named Star, along with another young man whose name I can’t recall, both of whom were incredibly helpful. My children and grandchildren were all together, and she really went above and beyond to assist us!

The service here was quick and friendly, and I was very impressed with the quality. The food and drinks were fresh, and the beverages didn’t have diluted flavors from melted ice. I ordered 100 chicken nuggets, and the team made sure everything was cooked perfectly and right on time. They were also very accommodating, even though I was ordering such a large amount. Thank you to everyone for a job well done!

Always fresh and hot! In the past five years, they've only made my order wrong twice, which is impressive. Mistakes happen, but it's rare at this McDonald's. The staff is consistently friendly, polite, and quick. I always make an effort to go to this location because they maintain a clean taste in their food, avoiding the old grease or salt build-up that you sometimes find elsewhere. I've also noticed that since the pandemic, they have been very diligent about following Covid-19 safety protocols. This is definitely the best place for a quick snack or meal for the kids! As long as Nancy and her husband continue to manage this franchise, I will remain a loyal customer!
