Hammett House - Claremore

Hammett House in Claremore Oklahoma is the best ever restaurant .Went there for my birthday dinner ! They keep it original, consistent with the menu items !

We were in town for a dance competition and happened upon this place, thanks to being number 1 on Trip Advisor. The food was really good, best friend green tomatoes I've had in a long time. Will definitely eat here the next time I'm in town.

Ever have a hankering for something and then have it not be as good as you wanted it to be? That’s NOT gonna happen here… Growing up in Texas then moving to Florida, I haven’t had good chicken fried steak in a long time. My search is over… it was delicious!! Hubby had the Amish Meatloaf. It was all so good. And just to top off good food, we had great service from Cindy. Very sweet, funny, and took fabulous care of us!!! I’m glad we don’t live closer!

Claremore Oklahoma's most established dining spot! Some of the best southern home-cooking style grub that you will find on the map. Fried Chicken, Chicken Fried Steak......And Those Pies! My goodness those pies are out of this world! Lemon-Pecan, Banana Cream, Chocolate, holy cow!! Folks come from all over the land to dine here. And now we know why.
