Bilby's Chargrilled Burgers - Claremont

We used a Groupon voucher to visit this restaurant and had a great experience. It's a small place, but they offer a wide variety of burgers. The decor has a charming Outback theme. The burger patties were thin but delicious and not dry. The toppings were fresh and tasty. The buns did a good job of holding everything together (no flimsy brioche here). The highlight was the delicious, house-made sauces - I love a good dipping sauce for my fries! The fries were pretty standard, but cooked well and perfectly salted. We're already planning which burgers to try next time.

The menu offers a wide variety of options, including burgers, fish, kangaroo, and crocodile. They also serve alcohol milkshakes. We ordered the Battler and Battler's Frau burgers with a side of chips. The food was promptly prepared and tasted delicious.
