Baja Fresh - Clackamas

We have always loved the salsa bar and dining at Baja Fresh. This particular location is gorgeous, with friendly staff who make the dining experience enjoyable. The only reason we are giving it four stars is because the food here tends to be overly salty due to the corporate recipe. The fajita vegetables also have too many large pieces of yellow and red peppers, which can be overpowering if not cooked thoroughly. Additionally, there is limited vegan options available. Overall, the food quality could be improved to cater to more dietary preferences.

The service at this restaurant is incredible! The food comes out quickly and is delicious. I especially enjoy the variety of salsas and the tasty chips. The restaurant is clean and the dining experience is enjoyable.
