Sbarro - Clackamas County

I never thought I would have a bad experience at this restaurant since I used to love their food. However, the rude and horrible customer service was unacceptable. The employees were rude and unhelpful, giving dirty looks and incorrect information. When I asked about a combo, one employee said it included 2 slices of pizza, a drink, and a side, but another employee rudely corrected them, saying it was only 1 slice of pizza, a side, and a drink. The manager should address this behavior to improve the customer experience. I will not be returning to this restaurant and advise others to avoid it if they value good customer service.

Avoid ordering this item. I'm not sure what it is, but I wouldn't recommend ordering it.
