Bidrage med feedbackWe were surprised by the terrins. we didn't expect so much food. we have not been used to the resistance or something, but oh. we have tried it, it is an experience, and it is traditional! place next to the river with cozy and simple tables. but. it was really nice, fresh and we have a nice memory. perhaps a bit expensive, taking into account the amount of each terrine. Nevertheless, we could feel somehow satisfied and come safely to dinner.
What a fun experience at this picturesque tapas bar on the cher river. the waiters were helpful and informatiw and it was fun to drink local wine, watching the activities along and in the river. we were treated with a beautiful sunset. many thanks to the employees who feel so comfortable and welcome. we love it so much that we were there every night (2 nights) while we were in this area. there are no other places we prefer.
We ate here in the evening but it's really more of a lunch place with informal light meals available. I don't think they make anything actually on site, but the pots of pate were delicious and of course the setting right by the river is...sublime and earns that extra star.
We had such a fun lunch here after paddling 6km down the Cher River! I sampled local wine, while husband and son enjoyed local beers. I had the goat terrine and country bread, while husband and son both had a delicious meat and vegetable stew....Loved this eclectic place!
