Panificio Pizzeria - CIVITAVECCHIA

We came across this place while we went for a cruise trip, and thought we would stop for a drink. we had a great time to drink prossecco so much that we also cried out on the way to the house! big food made on the ground...and because the owners were not fluent in English, we had great fun to communicate with each other! eating was great and we decided to visit again when we are ever in civitavecchia.

After the arrival in rom on the afternoon and after civitavecchia an hour later we checked in hotel traiano and asked for a place to get a pizza. we went down and brought a wee in the local supermercado and drove a little...more to this pizzeria. they had tables outside where we sat. we asked if we could drink our wine there with the pizza and it was no problem. the pizza was brilliant, beautiful thin crust and hot from the ofen. we chose the diavolo and added funghi (mushrooms) in the grunde a mushroom spicy salami. there were of us and we ordered two large pizza and the cost were euro total for all this is a family-run restaurant and the chef is of napoli (naples.) very little English, but a strong willingness to give them what they want. in any case a good place to eat.
