The place is packed all summer long as they are the only gelateria on the lungomare nord. Their gelato is good. But, better gelato can be found in several spots in the city of Civitanova. The staff demonstrate that unattractive behavior of coastal resorts all over the world. They appear to be sick and tired of their customers. They give off a vibe like they can't wait until they close for the winter and get on to more pleasant things. The funniest thing is that they wear these silly t-shirts with little quips about happiness and smiling...come on!! They should ring a bell every ten minutes to tell the staff to look down at their t-shirt slogans and practice what they're preaching.
