Very bad experience. 01.10.2023, bicycle ride among the eastern hills. Around 10.30 hours we thought of making a stop at the farm of flavors to drink something and maybe eat some slice of salami. I understand the time that could not be the right one for a possible aperitif but, the very rude answer given by the owner has left us quite puzzled. He practically made us realize that we were not welcome because he was waiting for a tourist bus. His arrogant and fast manners were not at all suitable for the management of a local and do not reflect the welcome that should give guests. He could respond in another way with another effect.

We have been seeing this place for several years, discovered thanks to the AIC guide. Every time at the exit we repeat: why don't we go back more often? Spectacular appetizers with own production meats. The first follow the seasons a lot. Today we tasted a sensational parmigiana. The strong piece is the dishes of the Borgo: a grilled meat really well made. Excellent desserts as well as organic wines of own production.
