Positano Lirica, Opera Ristorante

Positano is an amazing place, and definately a must see in Buenos Aires. The quality of the performance is great! The staff is incredibly nice and the food is very good!

We were a group of 4, who had demanded to book a table (this is a must, or it will be very unlikely that you will come to the premises! My husband had planned this restaurant as a surprise for us, and we had no idea that there would be performances of opera singers and a comedian at dinner. The place itself is somewhat mysterious. They could not see the interior of the restaurant being pulled from outside all blinds. There were already a group of people gathered in front of the restaurant when we arrived, but the door was closed. Not long after that, a lady appeared at the door with a list and began to call out names (remember me to my grandmother! of those who had previously called to book tables. Once your name is called, you and your group are allowed through the door to the mysterious restaurant. Inside we were greeted with a very artistic and large decor chandelier and such. There was no stage, just tables. Waiters and waiters were very attentive. They came with menus and suggestions. I think it was a 3-course dinner and the singers started playing (from the stairs all very dramatic and atmospheric!! between the 2nd and 3rd course. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was very unique, the crowd was very appealing and friendly to us when they found out that 2 of us did not speak Spanish (by the very entertaining comedian). Overall we had an unforgettable night. The performance was of a very high standard, and I am sure we have to pay more to watch a similar performance in a theater (minus the food and drinks! All in all it was a very positive experience, and I highly recommend a meal here when you are in Buenos Aires.

Good night! We couldn't choose better to celebrate our anniversary. The delicious, well served dinner, we enjoyed listening to very talented opera singers and a humorous passage that made us laugh a lot. Very good attention and very nice restaurant. Recommended 100
