Best place in Utica, NY..Good service, amazing delicious food clean restaurant.

My first time and I really thought the food was outstanding. It's not cheap but it is really gourmet quality. I had the cucumber burrata salad and the pork belly. Outstanding. Great service at the bar as well.

The food was ok but very expensive. It was a letdown, to be honest. I got a steak sandwich that was average. I'd say this place is very overpriced but it was a nice dining room and staff.

This is a restaurant not just to like, but to love. Can't imagine anyone comparing anything about T C with a chain. It's wonderfully unique, welcoming, eclectic, eccentric everything a chain is not. But most important, the food and service are simply outstanding. Went with a vegetarian friend so we ordered the appetizer of rice balls with a tomato jam and they were HEAVENLY. Enough for a small meal, really. Best I've ever eaten. But then craziest part. The waitress (who looked like a cross between Julia Roberts and Jennifer Garner, and was kind and sweet to boot) suggested we try the vegetarian REUBEN, and I was like, no way. It's made with watermelon radish. I was like, double no way I'm a pastrami snob from Long Island. The sandwich came and DANG! if it wasn't one of the best reubens I've ever eaten. Smoky, cheesy, robust, delicious. We will be back for sure ASAP with friends! 100% recommend this place.

Don't eat here. fries were the best part of the meal but $9 is too expensive for 1/2 handful of fries. 5 scallops were cooked well but again, insanely expensive. insanely loud inside great feature if you want to ignore your date. situated in the old children's museum and totally renovated a plus. wait staff was friendly but not very quick. food came out slow as well. i was eagerly awaiting to eat here and now, i am severely disappointed and still hungry. i will not eat here again.
