Did a mobile order because I was late for work and I specifically clicked walk-in so I wouldn?t have to wait in the Drive-Thru lane. I come to the store and the doors are locked, they told me it?s Drive-Thru only and it was not mentioned in their app,Google maps, or their website. I couldn?t cancel my drink and was late for work
When I arrived, I tried to order online in the app, but could not!!! Because it said in the app that the store was closed and it tried to store my order!!! It is more convenient to order online and then pick up my coffee!!! When I mentioned it to the cashier, she began that I was not the only one who had the same problem and she didn't know what was going on!!! But I got what I asked at the end and enjoyed it!!! It was well done and exactly what I wanted!!!
I stopped in for a quick cappuccino, but they were out of lattes. The young man working there went the extra mile to prepare a delicious coffee for me instead! I was also very impressed with how quickly the service was.
I've visited this restaurant four times, and unfortunately, every single time my order has been incorrect. I’ve also had to wait over 10 minutes, even when there were only two people ahead of me with small orders. I typically order a coffee and a wake-up wrap, except for once when I ordered a coffee and two wraps. Whether I went inside or used the drive-thru, the experience was the same. My longest wait time was 20 minutes while I was inside, with just one person in front of me and two in the drive-thru. There were at least four employees working, yet the service was severely lacking. The wake-up wraps were either cold, contained the wrong meat, or had cheese when I specifically requested no cheese. Even after I corrected their repeated order confirmations, I still received the wrong items. I will not be returning to this restaurant. On another note, the staff are very skilled at spending time on FaceTime, having lengthy conversations about trivial matters while customers are left waiting.
