Taco Bell - City of Olean

The gentleman who waited on my sister and I had a great sense of humor and made our experience a pleasure. He came over to make sure everything was ok and did we want anything else. That's nice though unusual for a Taco Bell.

Some of the staff were really thoughtful, unfortunately it was a lack of communication that had us waiting for an hour for our food.

I always get the #6 on the menu with beef. There was not enough meat in the tacos to cover the bottom. Maybe a tablespoon of meat. Very disappointing.

There is always a mistake every time we go. Either they forget the sauce or put chicken on a meal we didn’t ask for. I could go on for an hour with how much this place doesn’t fulfill your order correctly, ever. My girlfriend was just down there, ordered a cheese quesadilla , got chicken. She was the only car in the drive through. I get the inside could have been busy but I’m not exaggerating when I say they mess something up or forget something every single time we have gone. We won’t be returning. I hope you all read this review and realize this place needs shut down.

Your typical Taco Bell with a KFC add on, the staff are forgetful and I often have messed up orders. The atmosphere is not the greatest and I prefer to get in and out quickly. The managers are often helpful and willing to fix any mistakes if you ask. It's good for what it is but don't expect anything grandiose.
