Always a great experience! I absolutely adore the Thai ginger chicken bowl—it's fresh, vibrant, and bursting with flavor. The coleslaw pairs perfectly with the ginger bowl when I'm looking to add a bit more veggies. My husband is a huge fan of the mild traditional wings; they're massive!

The Thai Ginger Chicken Bowl was overly sauced, which felt excessive. The salad wasn’t very fresh and was a bit mushy.

We ordered 10 wings and lemonade, but didn’t receive the lemonade. The portion sizes were much smaller than expected. When I called the restaurant to report that my order was incomplete, the person on the phone was quite rude.

I ordered a medium rare cheeseburger, but got a raw cheeseburger that was drowned in so much salt, it wasn't even edible (Why are we adding ANY salt to a burger? Let alone half a salt shaker's worth! . I truly hate to complain, as I understand how demanding it can be to work at a busy restaurant. But this isn't the first time (or even the 4th time I've experienced such a disappointing quality of service from this location. I've have been charged for items I've ordered but never received multiple times (I hope you weren't excited for that $16 pretzel you ordered, because you probably won't get it . Not to mention this location rarely acknowledges order requests (I hope no one has any food allergies! I swear, if I didn't know any better, I'd be convinced this Hurricane location is going out of their way to disappoint their customers. Never again.

I had the Hurricane Nachos. They made them exactly how I asked for them and they were delicious. Fast service too!
