2022.07 revisit I still love it great value and delicious 2019.03 went few more times no disappoint at all 2018.05 OMG really yummy...even lunch special katsu Don excellent. Tsukiji fish...depends on your luck. 2018.02 not a busy day... So not muchspecial fish. Believe Fri Sat is better. I still tried the omakase sushi and sashimi...better than lot of place. But notgoing to full your stomach.... Salmon skin handroll is really good.. The seaweed won 't get moist still crispy... Will goagain

I?ve lived in Sunnyside all my life and never had food from here till tonight. Big mistake! The food here was amazing. The sashimi was delicious. It melted in my mouth. The tempura shrimp didn?t feel heavy like in other places. The breading was lightand airy almost. The chicken teriyaki was sooo tender and juicy! And the miso soup tasted so flavorful. I gladly recommend thisplace to anyone who?s heard of it. Yes it?s cash only and their hours are limited so be sure to check beforehand. Please take alook!

I've eaten really, really good sushi and sashimi. This place comes close but for that price and the service, I'll give it a 5. Very lovely people who seem to enjoy what they're doing. The food is really fresh. So instead of spending twice the amount of money somewhere midtown, you can go here for nearly close quality. Street parking is not that hard. A lot of good restaurants in the neighborhood too if you wanna check them out.

Came after seeing it on tiktok Definitely lives up to the hype. The sushi is really good but also super surprised how nice and crispy the chicken teriyaki was I ate some and then had to share a picture it was so good

The sushi here is really nice and fresh, you can definitely taste (and see) how great the seafood is! That said, the prices are relatively high for dinner dine-in, though of course the quality is better. Hoping to visit one last time before they leave forever. Goodbye, Takesushi!
