Sardine - City of New York

Very small but busy bar cafe in the West Village. Bartender was great as was the “Fedora burger” which ironically is not available at its namesake next door. The burger has a pleasant texture and was cooked just right. The bartender said the chef recommended medium rare but I requested medium. To my delight it came out just as I had ordered. You can choose various cocktails and some very good wine to wash it down. They also had oysters. Happy atmosphere with a not so cheap tab but hey it’s NYC. I will return.

I asked Google for the best Bloody Marys nearby, and this place popped up. Google did not disappoint! I had about three of them, and they were all delicious. One of them was green, so I like to think I got my daily dose of vegetables from it. Plus, the service was fantastic, and I enjoyed some great conversations!

The burger is absolutely amazing! I’m definitely going back just for it. We arrived around noon on a Sunday and were seated after just a 20-minute wait. You can hang out by the bar and grab a drink while you wait. I highly recommend trying a **** Mary!

Found this place on Yelp and was more than impressed!! Service staff is very attentive, friendly, and professional Price not too shabby. Didn’t get any finger food but a glass of red wine $14, a glass of sparkling wine $15, and a bottle of cider $15 Ambience amazing! Music is upbeat but not too annoying. I absolutely loved the atmosphere here because you can still have quiet conversations and be heard

Nice place with decent food. Nothing to die for but is well served. Place looks nice, not a great selection of beer but a lot of wines by the glass options. Burger was good but not special. A little to loud but that something you can expect from a bar like this.
