This is the perfect spot to enjoy drinks with friends! There's always a great crowd, and Thursdays are especially fun with Tay’s events!

The bartenders here have quite an attitude. They seemed inconvenienced by their jobs, even when the place wasn’t busy. At one point, the red-headed bartender exclaimed, “I’m gonna quit” after we asked for a couple more cocktails for our group. He was quite unfriendly and rude throughout the night, except when he was chatting with his coworkers or regulars. The drinks are overpriced, but honestly, that’s to be expected. It’s a place that pretends to be a hidden gem and attracts an eclectic crowd.

Waited on line, and was not allowed in the bar with my group of 4 guys because the bouncer David said there was “not enough room, can’t do it guys. Come back in 10 minutes”, then proceeded to allow a group of 4 girls in to the bar with no problems.We come back to the line (which was non-existent), and are still not allowed back in the bar. The bouncer David tried to get us to give him cash personally to get in the bar. He said “the owner has to get paid”. I chuckled and asked why everyone else was able to get in with no issues.He then goes over to the side of the bar, seemingly speaking to the owner (who is some 30+ year old man chain smoking cigarettes) and comes back to us to say “sorry guys not tonight”Just unacceptable. Definitely be careful because the bouncers are definitely preferring groups of girls over groups of guys. There are much better bars in the area, it’s a shame that this bar has stooped to this level.

I visited this bar on a Friday night, not long before it became fairly crowded. I wasn't able to get a seat at the bar, but stood in the corner. Their cocktails are all named after celebrities. I got the Lana del Ray which had a fruity taste but not one that was particularly distinguishable. By 11 the place becomes loud and crowded. Fun atmosphere.Kid-friendliness: Kids are not allowed in here.

Been here numerous times. Everyone in there is always friendly and super friendly doorman which in nyc goes a very long way.Good spot to start the night
