I’ve been coming here for 6 years and out of all the years I’ve been coming here I have never receive bad customer service that I received today. The food is always great and I’m a loyal customer but the staff is very rude. I was frustrated because I spend so much money here and the woman that was making my plate picked up the chicken put it back and gave me a smaller piece. I told her I would like the piece she put back and she said she would have to charge me more. I was frustrated and I just took the piece she gave me and went to pay for my food. The woman at the register Nadene W told me my card didn’t go through so I told her I would pay half in cash and the rest on the card. She told me I can swipe my card and she was just explaining that the card didn’t go through. I told her I understand but I want to pay half in cash and the rest on the card. I was on the phone talking to my friend explaining my frustration and I said they was rude. She started yelling and screaming saying WHOSE RUDE! YOUR RUDE! So at that point I didn’t want to argue with her I wanted to pay for my food and go. After I paid for my food I left and she was still yelling outside the door as I was leaving like she wanted to fight. She was very aggressive, rude, and unprofessional. She should not be working here. I’ve had issues with her in the past. Very Bad customer service!
