Insomnia Cookies - City of New York

Ordered ahead and the cookies weren't ready, even though I was 30 minutes late by design to give more time to fulfill the order. Still since I wasn't in a hurry or double parked for once I was ok,..Once I got the 411, turns out the reason was because they didn't have the cookies I wanted which was a bummer given that some in my party need vegan and gluten free. I was told they were not baked yet so I get it,.... Can't exactly mix gluten free or vegan in a baking tray.I was however told I was given an extra cookie or two to compensate for the wait but that turned out to be false statement as I got exactly the number of cookies I ordered. That annoyed me more than anything else, as either staff can't count or staff was distracted while working and didn't know what the order was. As far as the cookies are concerned they are pretty ordinary. Other than the fact that you can get a batch of cookies delivered after midnight,...

This is probably the best insomnia like all the workers are so nice and the environment is nice and clean plus they have a seating area where you can sit down and enjoy your ice cream 10/10 ?

The cashier have the bad attitude for no reason, maybe she worked for a long day but we don’t deserve it.

The worst Insomnia Cookies location in the city. The cookies are never ready when they open. There's always an issue with credit cards and 9/10 they're cash only. Obviously the cookies keep me coming back if I'm in the neighborhood but other locations have better service. I don't know why this location can't get its **** together.

Insomnia literally hires the worst possible workers I stg. Everyone is like a college drop out n they burn the cookies all the time. Go to le vain or something else instead this place has gone down hill. Not welcoming either and thats coming from someone literally from the hood
