Bidrage med feedbackIt pains me to write this review because it's a local business I've been frequenting since they've opened. I remember eating here with my family on their opening weekend. Recently I stopped by to order a pound of roast pig. After the chef weighted it, the cashier told me it's $23. It did occur to me that their roast pig was pricier than other similar restaurants. Nonetheless I handed the cashier my money and moved to the side to wait for my order. Coincidentally, I was standing in front of the menu so I took a look. I saw roast pig was $11 a pound. I went back to the cashier and told them about the price discrepancy. The cashier said it's because the chef was giving me more roast pig. I said it's ok and that I only want a pound and I'm expecting change back. The cashier said fine and that the chef will re weight it. Then, I went over to the scale and saw the roast pig was 1.1 pound. At that point, I knew my order should be $12 $13. When my order was ready, I went back to the cashier who said my order was $16. I was dumbfounded and told them that I saw the weight was 1.1 pound. They said it's because they're giving me sauce. FYI sauce is usually free. I told them I didn't need the sauce and that I want to pay only for the 1.1 pound roast pig. Finally, they said it's $12 and gave me $8 change. P.S. I got two sauces. I guess they forgot to take them back. IDK anymore...
Ordered the beef pan fried noodles and they were delicious! I usually go here when craving Chinese food in the area. Very reasonably priced compared to a lot of other places around here.
Do not go here. I went here for a couple of years and they indeed changed a lot. $1 to $3 increase and the food portions have gotten smaller. They also taste bad. They don't know how to cook. They put very little salt on the fish and it was tasteless. Also that China woman is very obnoxious and irksome. She asks a lot of questions. Maybe she should mind her business and have a slap in the face.
This is a great little restaurant. I usually go for their roast pig or soy sauce chicken or one of their many lunch special items. Their portion size is generous and the food is delicious.
Worst excuse for a Chinese restaurant. Be careful of the price gouging acts of this restaurant. As soon as you ask for something not on the price list shown in front of the register (Asian Sausage), the owner states an outrageous price and no heathy option of brown rice. Consumer Affairs needs to spot check this place ASAP.
