Ordered chicken and broccoli with brown rice. When I got there, it was already packed BUT the chicken was synthetic, tasteless, no brown rice : . Very disappointed after being looking forward to eatingFood: 1/5

Prior to the Covid epidemic, this restaurant was the best Chinese restaurant in the east village. After reopening, I have ordered from them 4 times. The food is horrible. I am finished with this restaurant. So long.

Shame on YOu!, After 20 years as a customer I get questioned because I was unsatisfied with my order. It wasn't prepared correctly, No vegetables in a Vegetable Mei Fun- just cabbage.! Not an apology, didn't even listen to what I was saying, wanted me to return the food to see it , really I would have to travel back 4 miles-away from my home. she didn't suggest anything she could do to make it right ,She was turning it on me, are you calling me liar- and hangs up the phone on me. I vowed I will never visit this fast food place again.POOR SERVICE- POOR FOOD

This place is perfect the lady is the sweetest she let me have some hot water to warm my baby’s bottle in and the food is amazing ! I ordered the sesame chicken and it was crunchy and deliciousFood: 5/5

Ordered chicken wings and fries and the wings were undercooked and when I told the person they just said that it was the sauce that was on the bone.
