Alegrito Espresso - City of New York

This is one of the best places in the area! The service is excellent, the food is delicious, and the restaurant is very clean and inviting. I highly recommend visiting!

The restaurant could have chosen better beans for their daily brew. To be honest, even the coffee from the Chinese bakery tasted better. Just my opinion.

I was asked to leave because I brought my service dog inside. I explained that this is against the law, but they continued to argue with me. I just moved to the area and was hoping this would be my go-to coffee shop, but I won't be coming back now. One star is well deserved. Treat your customers with respect.

The place is very nice and cozy, well decorated and made cafe, BUT the two ladies serving there were SO SO SO rude! They made us feel bad and uncomfortable! They didn’t greet and welcomed us, and never replied back when we were leaving the coffee shop! I don’t know if they are the owners or working staff, but they behaved so bad and way too far as the customers deserve to be treated!

I’m so disappointed with this coffee shop, It’s the third time that I went there and it’s shows open on google map when in reality it’s closed. I called them and no answer. So disappointed and disrespectful to the customers.
