Absolute scum, they thought i was drunk and gave me change for $5 although i gave them $10, denied everything when i confronted them be careful of the korean man manning the cashier during late nights

Rude and unfriendly. Dirty unhealthy and unhygienic food.They charge the amount they want with the card, not the amount indicated in the price of the product.

Excellent service, generous portions and very reasonable prices! Nice people and they respect my food allergy and made fresh clean food for me. When I am in the area, I will be sure to go to Royal Deli! If you go there, guys, come on! Leave a tip, in New York you are supposed to say thank you for good service with cash. Encourage good people to stay!

My go-to bodega. Great drinks and essentials. I always grab my Hot sauces and ramen here. Kind staff!

This convenience store is more than happy to take your money so long as you know exactly what you want and know where to go. The moment you ask a question if the store has something or have a question about what the store offers, you get nothing but responses that seem to annoy a specific older male attendant and feels the need to educate you to read the menu or explore for yourself.I’m not one to suggest a small business to close and make room for another business but if it was in my control, I’d suggest they call it a day and close up shop.As a local resident, I 100% suggest going to the convenience store on 52nd and 9th (781 9th Ave) on the northwest corner who has much friendlier owners and associates. Avoid this place at all costs and consider yourself saved from such a putrid experience.
