Nautical Bowls - City of Maple Grove

A friend told me about this place and now I probably go every few weeks! You can customize your flavors and they make their own peanut butter!! I?m gluten and dairy free so this is the perfect refreshing treat for me! I?m a bit obsessed! My kids are too????

Overall the food is very good, however it is very expensive. We got the Big Island and Nauti Bowl and both were really good. They have three different sizes and we had the middle size. It was filling, but we were hungry a few hours later. Bowls started at $10, $13 and $16 which is probably due to the ingredients, but still pricey.

Love these for a healthy treat or meal!! Friendly team, clean facility, quick service and good seating. This is now one of my go to spots to meet friends family!

I totally recommend nautical bowls to everyone!! I come her weekly and absolutely love it! The superfood bowls are really good and healthy and the staff are so nice and they always have a smile on their faces. The bowls are so good that we finished them in no time!

I love Nautical Bowls and the fact that they offer delicious dairy free and gluten free bowls. I like the ability to customize bowls too. The staff at this location are incredibly friendly and have always corrected any issues I may have had. I?m a regular at this location because it?s a convenient healthy meal for my busy lifestyle.
