The size of the Hilton hotel chain does not guarantee good service. The attendants were impatient and arrogant, providing confusing information. On our last day, there was maintenance that cut off water and electricity at check-out time, leaving us unable to enjoy basic amenities. There was no prior notice or explanations given, and the staff remained unhelpful and rude. I will not be returning to this hotel chain again.
I had the worst experience at this restaurant. The service was terrible and I would not recommend it to anyone. Giving it one star is too generous.
The hotel is very well located, the attention at the reception is maliissiiimaaaa The restaurant service is very good and the attention is phenomenal. Horrible room with a view to the back of the roofs we will never go back there again I do not recommend it despite its good location
Depending on the price, if you get it, it costs 100 pounds, because the rooms are small and the location is excellent and close to the central stations.
