Spaghettihouse

This is a good chain restaurant with a number of outlets across London. I have eaten in a few of the different venues and always found the food to be good and authentic. On this occasion, the insistence on paying after ordering and slightly hostile service from the Mngr was off-putting. The food we ordered, the meatballs and the veal with mushrooms were both excellent however.

Avoid at all costs, flies everywhere (see photos), undercooked food, flat prosecco, disgusting side dish of broccoli swimming in oil, stale arancini just disgusting! Couldn't wait to leave, the restaurant made me feel dirty and at a steep total of £80!!

We ordered pasta a la norma and a salate de legumi and other things. The pasta is under cooked, and tastes like hospital food. The salad had dirt in it. We handed a sample to the chef, he offered to replace the plate that was dirty! Of course we refused. No apology offered on their behalf. I advise people to avoid this place.

Great food, amazing prices and very friendly staff! Cant wait to come back next time I’m in the area.

Had a terrible experience at this place. Went there with a friend for a good pasta. While we were reading the menu a mouse was running at the floor. We took our things and left without eating. We told the Waitress about the mouse. Hope they take this problem seriousely!
