The new O'Neill's doesn't live up to the nostalgia of the old one. The atmosphere has changed since before Covid, and the bar staff are painfully slow, especially on the first floor. The drink prices go up after 11pm, with 2 pints costing £17 or more. It's not worth it. The live bands are decent, but overall the restaurant feels like a mere shadow of its former self.
