Mcdonald's Restaurants

Service is shocking! Received the wrong food, approached worker to be ignored. Workers pulling faces as we try and address the issue. Asked for the manager to receive the same poor service. DONT recommend. Paid for extra pickles and received normal amount.

The food was terrible. The bun was rock hard and the cheese had melt and reset. Looks like it had been waiting under the heat lamp for sometime The coke was flat. I think it’s because they don’t use enough Syrup. So the gas can’t hold in the liquid and escape.

I thought on this Sunday evening to have a burger, why not Mcdonald's i said, order un fish filet meal and 2 cheeseburgers to take away home which is 5 minutes away by foot. to make it short: They served me a re-heated fish burger re-heated cheeseburgers oily and definetly not fresh fries. I threw everything, so basically i just gave you money for old food? this is the last time i'm ever ever eating at a McDonald's. Shame on you and on the manager of Pread street for your low ethics.

This McDonald’s outlet is situated on Praed Street Paddington, not far from the hotel we were staying in, for our most recent visit to London. We patronised this McDonald’s early one evening after a hectic day of tourist activities. We just needed to quickly purchase a filling takeaway meal and take it back to enjoy in our hotel room, with our feet up. Despite the fact that the outlet was quite busy at the time of our visit, with many people, we were quickly served at the counter, in an efficient and courteous manner. We were soon on our way with our burgers, fries and cool drinks. Back in our hotel room, we quickly consumed our “meal deals” because we were hungry. The burgers and fries were no better or worse than similar items we had consumed from McDonald’s outlets elsewhere. However, the service we had experienced in this outlet was better than we had experienced in other McDonald” stores.
