Mcdonalds like Mcdonalds.... but I've never seen this more expensive.... 3 euros cheeseburger and almost 11 euros mcmenu... that's why only 3 stars.
Nothing works. (Order display and EC device). Generally very old. We moved on.
My last visit to this McDonald's was extremely disappointing and far exceeded my expectations for the brand. It was by far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Here is a detailed description of the problems I noticed: Order boards out of order: When I arrived, I discovered that the digital order boards that normally facilitate the ordering process were not working. These boards are a preferred method for many customers to place orders quickly and easily. Not being operational resulted in longer wait times at the counter as many customers had to line up to order in person. Cold dishes: After placing my order, my food took an unusually long time to be ready. Unfortunately, when I finally received it, the food was cold. It was obvious that it had either been sitting on the counter too long or wasn't prepared properly. This significantly affected the quality of the food and made it unpleasant to consume. No delivery to the table: To my surprise, delivery to the table was not possible. This is now a standard service in many McDonald's branches, which significantly increases the comfort of guests. Not having this option here added to the overall poor experience and showed that this location fell short of expectations. Run-down facility: Another negative point was the condition of the facility. The restaurant seemed extremely run down. The furniture was worn, many of the seats had tears in the upholstery, and some tables were sticky and not clean. The entire interior gave the impression of being neglected and unkempt, which made the stay very unpleasant. Overwhelmed employees: Finally, the staff was clearly overwhelmed, especially when it came to accepting coupons from the McDonald’s app. The employees seemed unsure about how to use the digital coupons, which led to further delays. It seemed like the team was not adequately trained to serve customers efficiently, especially when it came to using modern technology. Conclusion: Overall, this visit was extremely disappointing. The non-functioning ordering boards, cold food, lack of delivery to the table, dilapidated decor and overwhelmed staff ensured that this McDonald's failed to live up to its standards. I would definitely not recommend this location and hope that management addresses these issues as quickly as possible so as not to disappoint future customers as well.
They cheated me on one cutlet. I paid for a double and got a single, plus I waited 20 minutes to order. Give a wide berth
