Mcdonald's - City of London,Westminster

It took 45 minutes for us to receive our order. The system for sorting orders seemed random, and ours was missed. We brought this to the attention of the supervisor, who walked off to investigate. Ten minutes later, an employee packaged our order directly in the kitchen. This process took an additional 15 minutes, resulting in everything being cold. I have eaten at McDonald's all over the world, and this experience was by far the worst. It seems they are aware of the poor service, as the feedback code provided was invalid.

Let's face it, we only tend to visit McDonald's when we're in the mood for some fast food. This particular branch on Oxford Street is always bustling and stays open late. The new automated ordering machines, a response to the pandemic, were convenient. I placed my order on the app, mainly because I had a voucher for discounted chicken McNuggets (6). However, I found it a bit confusing as I still had to go to a separate counter to inform them I was there and receive a receipt to collect my food. Despite this, the food arrived quickly and was freshly cooked. Luckily, I was able to find a seat. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the branch, especially compared to others I have visited. The staff were efficient in serving customers and keeping the place tidy, although they lacked friendliness. Overall, if you're in the mood for some junk food, this is a decent option. The line for the restrooms was incredibly long, so I decided to skip it, imagining the state they must have been in.

Worse experience ever in mcdonalds didn’t get what I ordered customer service was bad and rude never again there hell no most horrible place disrespectful and disappointing managers are horrible than the employees they really font care about anything didn’t solve my problem but was interested in doing something else the employe didn’t even accept his mistake when it was clearly his thats one of the most horrible terrible disgusting place i have ever been wont ever go there again if you guys cant be nice to customers than don't talk just shut up really your employees are mood spoiler after a long day just wanted a nice meal your employees didn’t even let us have that in peace.

There is a dearth of decent cheap eats in this area Westminster Council should ashamed of themselves- so many people come from all over the world but the rents mean that there are no cheap eats! This is one of the worst McDonalds apart from the one on the Strand. I know they are busy have to deal with lots of visitors who mill about getting in the way but the food was terrible- cold under cooked. Nobody knows how to fry fries anymore- crisp lightly brown! Not cheap either.

Today I been there one staff was black man with tie he was very very rude Firstly I get take way pack then change my mine I wanted sit and he said me it’s too late you can’t sit he was very very rude and racist I hope he change very soon
