Today I visited the Sevenoaks branch of the restaurant, which was beautifully spacious and had amazing panoramic views overlooking the town. I enjoyed some delicious fresh fruit during my visit. Thank you.

I regret to say that our experience at this restaurant was terrible. We ordered Eggs Benedict, which arrived cold and seemed like they hadn't even attempted to heat it up properly. Another table sent back a Baked Potato for the same reason. It was as if no one cared about the quality of the food. Before the pandemic, you could get good Fish and Chips from the food hall in the basement, but there are no decent options on the menu now. It's unbelievable that a company whose primary focus is food would serve up such subpar dishes.

I found a piece of dirt in my salad at the restaurant. I was concerned there may have been dead insects in it as well. Marks and Spencer's did not handle my complaint well, but they did give me a £15 gift card as compensation. I was disappointed with their response.
