Bidrage med feedbackThe food at this restaurant is excellent in quality, variety, and affordability. However, our experience was slightly tainted by the somewhat grumpy waitress who took our order. The food arrived in under 5 minutes, which felt rushed, and our plates were cleared while we were still eating, leaving us with a sense of being hurried through the meal.
This place is a hidden gem! We don’t usually eat vegan food and you wouldn’t even know! We had the Pad Thai, Ka Prow Moo Grob Tip Mekhong (which you wouldn’t know was ‘crispy pork’ and so much more! So unusual but the flavours did not disappoint! Will definitely be recommending to everyone!
A nightmare of bad service and rudeness towards a solo female diner. I went in rather late, towards 9:00 p.m., asking for a table far away from everybody else because I needed to avoid catching any kind of anything before an important meeting on monday. They offered me a choice of several tables and I picked the one that I thought was the best and sat down and placed an order. Right after I placed the order two of them on ceremoniously came over and grabbed up my things and told me I had to move because a larger table in front wanted to move to the back where it was warmer because it was a draft where they were sitting near the front door. They literally just grabbed my stuff and prepared to move me. Never mind about my comfort, I didn't count because I was just a solo female diner and they had five people sitting at another table that were very important. Would never go to such a low class place again.
Very delicious food, large portions, didn’t take long, and fairly priced. Great service as well. I got the yellow curry soup with noodles and my boyfriend got the drunken duck noodles. Both were really good!
There is always a reason to come back again, to eat well to feel well. I'm a fan of Thai food but not vegan food. Yet this restaurant has the magic to turn vegan food into authentic Thai flavour, thanks to the clever use of spices, the attention to details and the passion of the owner to pursue taste in addition to health. Take an example, for the Nam Phrik Ong, the soy mince, tomato dip has turned the fried wanton sheet into an appetizer you won't stop eating. I especially like the way they handled fried food, adding the crispy texture but not the oily bit. My husband had the Kao Soi, yellow curry noodle with assorted tofu and mushroom. The curry was full of different spices. What's more, the wheat noodle has been slightly fried to add that chewy texture. It so happened I had a word with the owner during dinner and he told me it's his passion to make vegan food tasty. Vegan food may always take the “healthy label” but not the “tasty label”. He's here to do the justice.
