Fratelli La Bufala

I felt the staff were perhaps intimidated by a ? Manager or chain manager who was watching their every move , and he was picking up staff members on what they were doing , how they were behaving to the customers, it made me uncomfortable to see and hear it going on around us. He was friendly at all. The pizza base was good but the fillings we had weren’t partially good. Things need to improve in their customer service.

Just don’t go ! Noisy, poor plates, no taste, shouldn’t be name as restaurant. Pizza without any ingredients

The best food i have ever ate with original italian ingredients. Good customer service. Very clean.The price is reasonable.

We recently enjoyed a Sunday lunch at Fratelli La Bufala near Piccadilly Circus. The food, which was typical Italian cuisine, was delicious, and Massimiliano provided excellent service with his polite and friendly demeanor. Thank you, Massimiliano, for such a lovely dining experience!

Nice pizza and nice service. I had the simple Margherita and I have so say it’s one of the most good I had in London. Definitely recommended.
