Bidrage med feedbackFive friends and I decided to go out for a night at a curry restaurant, but we were very disappointed. The waiter was incredibly rude, making one of my friends with anxiety cry by staring her up and down. The food was horrible, as I ended up getting sick the next day. Additionally, the bill was outrageously expensive. I highly recommend avoiding this restaurant at all costs.
If you're a fan of curry, be sure to visit Curry Palace on Queensway for their delicious food and great service. It's a fantastic place for a meal.
I had gone to this place with my friend to have dinner. The quantity was way too less and the attendant was too rude. He clearly had no mannerism how to interact with customers. They charged us for service stating it was written inside menu which was too tiny to read. He even charged for chutney which is supposed to be complimentary with kebabs. On questioning about the charges, he refused to clarify and even threw the receipt on us. The behaviour was same with other customers as well. We witnessed exactly the same thing as is said in previous reviews -the way he was forcing other customers to go for the same item twice as the quantity wouldn't be sufficient and being pushy about the menu. I would go hungry rather visit this restaurant next time and spoil my mood and my weekend. I have been to many good Indian restaurants but never experienced such kind of arrogant behaviour from waiters. It is a total **** off.
We arrived and right from the outset the staff were rude and pushy. We requested tap water and the reply was we don 't do that here . 750ml bottles of Evian were nearly £4! We ordered 3 main meals to share between 4 people along with rice, naan bread, and raita and the waiter tried to tell us it wasn 't enough for us and pointed out the £10 minimum per person. I understand their rules but the manner in which it was done was very pushy and rude. The waiter took our order and didn 't write anything down. When the food arrived he had mixed up our order, which normally wouldn 't have been a problem, but as they were being difficult, I thought they should get it right. We have eaten at MANY Indian restaurants and have never been treated like this!
This is not an Indian cuisine restaurant but Bangladeshi. The dishes are close to Indian but not Indian after all. The interior is below average. There is no atmosphere. Most people who stop in here are looking for Sheesha. The portions are tiny and prices are high. The price for each roti or naan is ridiculous. Naans should be no more than 1 pound. Instead they are 3.50 sterling. Not worth it
